Planting Seeds of Faith: Dr. Holas Launches Christian Education Initiative

Our founder, Dr. Sheila Holas, believes in nurturing not only the minds but also the hearts of our students. This spring, we launched an exciting new initiative aimed at strengthening the spiritual foundation of our children—from Pre-K through High School.

Although some families couldn’t attend our first Christian Education Parent & Teacher Information Session, we’re thrilled to share the powerful momentum and vision behind this new program.

A Mission with Purpose

Led by Dr. Sheila Holas, our Minister of Christian Education, this initiative is more than a curriculum—it's a calling. Grounded in faith, we’ve begun building a comprehensive roadmap to guide our students in spiritual growth, character development, and leadership. The initiative includes:

• Monthly Faith Themes to guide classroom instruction and home reinforcement.

• Student Goals and Leadership Development rooted in biblical principles.

• Insights from Recent Graduates who serve as powerful examples of faith in action.

• Plans for Culminating Activities that celebrate progress and deepen commitment.

• Ongoing Training for Teachers and Parents to support consistent and effective teaching.

Strengthening the Home-School-Church Connection

A cornerstone of this program is partnership. Our children benefit most when families, educators, and spiritual mentors work together. Whether it’s through prayer, volunteering, attending events, or simply encouraging your child at home, your involvement is essential.

As Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

What’s Coming Next

Here’s what you can look forward to as we roll out this transformative program:

• Monthly Faith Focus: Curated by Dr. Holas and student leaders, including take-home resources.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Designed to ensure consistency and excellence across both campuses.

• Annual Activity Calendar: A full year of meaningful events is in development.

• Cohort Creation: Small groups for Middle and High School students will foster deeper relationships and mentoring.

• Teacher Recruitment: We’re actively seeking 16 committed Christian educators to bring this vision to life.

• Training Program: Designed for both parents and teachers to equip them in guiding students spiritually.

• Mentorship Program: We’re calling on spiritually grounded single adults to serve as trusted mentors—“guides on the side” for our youth.
